Please note: Only lodging is available for hire during the Christmas Island event. Camping is closed. The lodging for Christmas Island is booked through the Christmas Island website www.ChristmasIsland.ie

BOOKING PROCEDURE: Caravan and Camping
- Bookings for Caravan and Camping are made online – sites are first come, first serve.
- We DO NOT accept twin axle caravans.
- We DO NOT permit electric scooters/e-bikes/hoverboards etc on site. Please DO NOT bring these items to the resort.
- Advance booking is essential for weekends, high season and bank holidays.
- There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends in June, and a 3-night minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends.
- Full contact details with deposit are required at time of booking: Full payment is required for stays up to 3 nights. For stays longer than 3 nights a 50% deposit is required.
- For couples looking to book, please note the resort is very busy with families with young children.
- ALL guests are charged a €50 refundable noise deposit on arrival, taken as a card pre-authorisation (credit or debit card only; cash is not accepted). Bank release times vary and can take up to 4 weeks. We are a family, friendly site and we do not tolerate late night disturbances. Don’t book our resort if you think you’re going to stay up late.
- Check-in available from 12 noon. Checkout is strictly by 12 noon on the day of departure.
- Dogs are NOT permitted on site during the months of July and August.
- Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times while on site.
- The Resort is strictly for “holiday use” only. Working vans/commercial vans are not allowed in the resort. Persons found “working” from the site will be asked to leave immediately with No Refund.
- Please arrive before 9 p.m. If you will be arriving late, or a day late, email us in writing in advance. In low season, reception closes at 6 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
- Should you need to cancel or change your dates for any reason, we will refund your payment less 5% of the booking total (an administration charge already included in your price), or change your dates, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing by email.
- Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) is required for all adults at check-in. The lead guest named on the booking must be present for the full stay, and their ID must match the booking. Guests without matching ID will be refused check-in with no refund.
- Day visitors must check in at reception, pay the visitor fee or hold a valid Day Pass, and leave by 5pm. Only guests registered on the booking may stay overnight.
- Campfires are NOT allowed. Customers may bring charcoal BBQ’s (no timber burning is permitted).

- CAN’T FIND YOUR DATES?
If Hidden Valley is fully booked, then all guests who stay at Roundwood Caravan & Camping Park in Roundwood Village will receive 25% off all activities booked online at Hidden Valley if you visit Hidden Valley sometime during your stay at Roundwood. Our team can book your discounted day of activities at Hidden Valley once you have your Roundwood booking number. - PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Valley is a quiet, respectable, family-run resort with a strict noise curfew from 10 p.m. We reserve the right to decline or end bookings (including large groups and hen or stag parties) likely to disturb other guests. We DO NOT tolerate any behaviour at any time that disturbs neighbouring families (including, but not limited to, foul language, rowdy behaviour etc.). If you book and you cannot follow the Resort’s Rules, then you will be asked to leave with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pitch Type
Touring Area:
- The Touring Area is available for single axle caravans, motorhomes and tents. All pitches have electric, water and grey waste. The pitches are approximately 9m x 9m.
Hard Standing Pitch: This pitch has a hard base for your caravan or motorhome to park on with grass beside it. Tents cannot book hard standing pitches.
Full Grass Pitch: This pitch is all grass and can be used for caravans, motorhomes or tents. - All water taps are drinking water.
- There is a space for an awning on all pitches.
- Your vehicle must fit on your pitch. Extra vehicles require a site permit, cost €5 per night and these vehicles must park in the main car park.
- There are two shower/toilet blocks on site. Showers cost €1.
- Please use the rubbish and recycling areas on site and keep your pitch clean/tidy.
Camping Area:
- The Camping Area is for tents only (no trailer tents).
- Pitches are approximately 9m x 8m.
- All pitches offer electric hookup.
- The car park is in the middle of the camping area where all cars must remain. Families can then choose a place for their tent in the grassed camping area.
- The playground area is on this side of the resort.
- All water taps are drinking water.
- If you bring a gazebo, it must fit on your pitch with your tent.
- There are two shower/toilet blocks on site. Showers cost €1.
- Please use the rubbish and recycling areas on site and keep your pitch clean/tidy.

Amenities
The Resort has 2 modern, heated toilet and shower blocks. Each shower cubicle has a bench and hooks for hanging your clothes and towel. Hairdryers are not provided, but electric points are provided in the shower block for your own hairdryer and razor.
The laundry room has both washer and dryer facilities. Washing powder is available for sale in reception.
The camper’s kitchen has washing-up sinks with hot and cold water and electric hobs for cooking. Disposable BBQs are available from reception. All disposable BBQs must be extinguished and placed in the designated BBQ bin located at each rubbish area.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted on site during the months of July and August. Outside the months of July and August, dogs are welcome to come caravan and camping as long as they are kept on a lead at all times, cleaned up after, exercised off site and supervised by an adult at all times. We do not allow pets inside any of our accommodations.
Assistance dogs are welcome at all times, including in July and August. Please contact us before arrival so we can make any arrangements you need.

Electric Pitches
Visitors need to supply their own camping lead. The camping lead needs to have a round blue 3-pin plug on one end that connects into the electric bollard. This camping lead is standard throughout Europe. If you haven’t bought your camping lead yet, then we recommend buying a camping lead that is at least 15m long (this is plenty long for pitches on our park, however other parks may need longer). We do not sell camping leads, so please see your nearest camping shop.

Touring Rallies
Rallies are welcome all season long. Discounts will be given to rallies at all times and an extra discount will be given during our off-peak season (April, May, September and October).
The Lakehouse restaurant is on site providing fresh food, full coffee bar, a meeting room with projector screen and cinema.
An eclectic mix of pubs, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance from the resort and excursions to Dublin and Wexford are easily managed with both the train and bus just minutes away.
Our team is more than happy to book activities for the group including team-building exercises located on the resort and operated by our staff.

Low Season Offering
Weekends:
Most activities are available weekends in low season (Splash Valley opens the May bank holiday weekend). The weekend schedule varies from Friday to Sunday, however over the course of the whole weekend each activity will be available. Activities are booked online through our Activity Page.
Reception is open until 9PM on Friday & Saturday evenings.Midweek:
Reception is open until 6PM Monday to Thursday. From 10AM to 6PM the playgrounds, adventure mini golf and boating lake are open. If you will be arriving after 6PM, please contact reception at least a day in advance by emailing info@irelandholidaypark.com.
