2023 Season: March 16th to November 5th and November 24th to December 23rd for Christmas Island (Lodging is available for hire for the Christmas Island Santa Experience).

2024 Season: March 15th to November 3rd and November 22nd to December 23rd for Christmas Island (Lodging is available for hire for the Christmas Island Santa Experience).

Lodge Details:

The Loft House Glamping Lodges provide a safe and comfortable alternative to camping.  This lodge can accommodate up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 kids) and provide a safe and comfortable alternative to camping! This lodge contains two double beds, two single beds, picnic table, small fridge, kettle, lights and heater. There is no bathroom or kitchen in the Loft House, however there is a toilet and sink in the Ensuite Loft House. The toilets, showers, camper’s kitchen and laundry room are just a few feet away. If you are renting a glamping lodge, then you must supply your own sleeping equipment such as pillows, sleeping bags, linens, duvets and towels.

Please also note:

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the decking area.
  • The Bunk Beds: No kids under the age of 6 are allowed on the top bunk. Supervision required.
  • The lodge is for single family use only (maximum 2 adults).

What to Bring:

  • Sleeping Equipment – pillows, sleeping bags/duvets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases – whatever you use!
  • Towels and tea towels
  • Dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
  • Games, playing cards, etc.

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE: LOFT HOUSE GLAMPING LODGE

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE YOU CHECK AVAILABILITY
  • Bookings for Glamping Lodges are made online.
  • Advance booking is essential for weekends, high season and bank holidays.
  • Full contact details are required at time of booking with a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due on arrival.
  • Check-in is from 4 p.m. and up until 9 p.m. If you will be arriving after 9 p.m., then prior arrangements must be made with reception.
  • Checkout is by 11 a.m. on day of departure.
  • Guests must supply their own sleeping equipment – duvets/sleeping bags, pillows, linens, towels, tea towels, etc.
  • Please review the accommodation pages so you know what you are booking.
  • Minimum two night stay at weekends(Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun, Sat-Mon), three night stay bank holiday weekends.
  • Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times while on site.
  • A credit card is required upon arrival for a €100 security deposit (pre-authorisation). Please note a debit card can be used, however some banks take up to 4 weeks to release this pre-authorisation and we have no control over this.

PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Valley is a quiet, respectable, family-run park.  We cater for couples and families with children. We DO NOT cater for adult/teen groups, hens/stags or those who are looking to stay up at night past our strict family curfew. We have a strict noise curfew from 10 p.m. and we DO NOT tolerate any behaviour at any time that disturbs neighbouring families (including, but not limited to, foul language, rowdy behaviour etc.). If you book and you cannot follow the Park’s Rules, then you will be asked to leave with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
