Is Hidden Valley Resort open all year round?
Hidden Valley Resort is open each year from mid March to the beginning of November (exact dates depend on the holidays). Christmas Island – the Santa Experience event is open annually on site from the 3rd week in November to December 23rd.

What is the maximum length of stay?
The maximum stay is 7 nights for caravan & camping and lodge hire.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed to come caravan and camping during low season. Dogs are not permitted during the months of July and August.

Do you allow visitors?
Visitors must book a Day Pass through our website. Visiting hours are strictly between 10AM and 5PM.

What are the check-in/out times?
Caravan & Camping:
Check-in is from 12PM and checkout is before 12PM.Accommodation:
Check-in is from 4PM and checkout is before 11AM. -
Can we bring a second vehicle?
Extra vehicles are €5 per night and require a car permit obtained from reception. Cars without permits will be clamped or towed.

Do you take group bookings?
We are a family resort. We do not cater for hens/stags or other large groups.

Do you have a noise curfew?
Yes! Hidden Valley is a quiet, respectable, family-run resort. We cater for couples and families with children. We DO NOT cater for adult/teen groups, hens/stags or those who are looking to stay up at night past our strict family curfew. We have a strict noise curfew from 10PM and we DO NOT tolerate any behaviour at any time that disturbs neighbouring families (including, but not limited to, foul language, rowdy behaviour etc.). If you book and you cannot follow the Resort’s Rules, then you will be asked to leave with no refund.
