Covid-19 Update

Covid-19 Update: May 1st, 2020

As per the roadmap set out by the Government on May 1st, 2020, holiday parks have an opening date of July 20th, 2020. If the virus gets worse as we open phases, then this date could be pushed back further. However if progress is being made faster than expected, then phase dates could be brought forward.

When the park reopens, social distancing will need to be maintained at all times.  Every family will be responsible for their family members to follow government guidelines at all times. Families not following guidelines will be forced to leave the park with no refund.

So where does this leave us?

First of all, none of our customers will lose their deposits, so please don’t worry.

Please see notes below and we look forward to speaking to you soon!

Existing Bookings:
Please email info@irelandholidaypark.com with your booking number. If you made a booking this year before July 20th, then we can reschedule your booking with new dates in 2020 or 2021. Our 2021 calendar is open for existing bookings, and if you change dates to 2021 you will be locked in at our 2020 rates. If you prefer to cancel, then we can issue a refund less the 5% non refundable booking fee as per our Terms and Conditions.

New Bookings:
Our online booking system is open for bookings at this time from July 20th onward.  If you make a booking for this summer and the park has to stay closed for longer due to Covid-19, then you can change dates again. We can edit your booking to other dates for 2020 or 2021.  If you prefer to cancel, then we can issue a refund less the 5% non refundable booking fee as per our Terms and Conditions.

Office Hours:
Our office is closed at this time, however we can help all our customers by email.  Please email info@irelandholidaypark.com for all questions, and if you have a current booking then please include your booking number.

Facilities & Activities:
Holiday Parks and Tourist Attractions can reopen on July 20th, however social distancing must be maintained. Our “Camping Area” on the park will open at a reduced capacity. All onsite activities that can maintain social distancing will also reopen (mini golf, boating lake, combat laser tag, etc). The park will also provide new games/activities for families that adhere to social distancing.

The Lakehouse restaurant and ice cream parlour will reopen on June 29th as per Phase 3 of the roadmap.

The holiday park will reopen based on government guidelines and will adhere to the social distancing measures at all times. Camping is a fantastic activity for the whole family, and it’s naturally easy to social distance while camping. All guests will be required to follow the measures set out by the government while visiting our holiday park, and children will need to stay with their guardians at all times.

We look forward to seeing all our guests again when it’s safe to do so!

In the meantime, please keep safe and stay at home.
