Covid-19 Update: January 10, 2021
Please Note: The guidelines listed below are as per our 2020 season. Hopefully with the rollout of the vaccine we will be able to add more activities back to our 2021 season.
All guests must adhere to all social distancing measures and all guidelines/restrictions set out by the government at all times while on the Park. Parents/guardians must stay with their children at all times to ensure they also adhere to all these measures at all times. Guests that do not adhere to these measures will be forced to leave the park with no refund.
As per new Government Guidelines, guests should wear masks on the park when inside reception and The Lakehouse. Under 13s do not require masks.
Good hand hygiene is required at all times. Hand sanitisers and extra sinks have been setup around the park, but guests should also carry hand sanitiser with them at all times.
Caravans/Campervans/Motorhomes must use their onboard facilities (sinks, toilets, showers).
The toilet/shower block can only be used for the toilets and showers. Guests can no longer brush their teeth, put on makeup, dry their hair etc. at this location. No loitering at this area. Try to avoid the showers at usual busy times to avoid long queues. Guests will have to space out their showers throughout the day.
The ice pack freezing facility is closed due to Covid-19.
The availability of Facilities/Activities can change without notice, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.
Families are required to take their own temperatures at home before they leave their house for their Hidden Valley booking. Anyone with a temperature or Covid-19 symptoms must stay at home.
Please see notes below and we look forward to speaking to you soon!
What happens if Hidden Valley has to close due to Covid restrictions:
Our online booking system is open for bookings at this time from March 12th onward. If you make a booking for this season and the park has to close due to Covid restrictions, then customers can change dates, keep a full credit note on file (with no expiry date), or we can cancel your booking and issue a refund less the 5% non refundable booking/admin fee.
Our office is closed at this time, however we can help all our customers by email. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all questions, and if you have a current booking then please include your booking number.
Facilities & Activities:
Our “Camping Area” on the park will be open, but at a reduced capacity.
All onsite activities that can maintain social distancing will also reopen (mini golf, boating lake, combat laser tag, aqua park etc). Our indoor activities such as arts & crafts, cinema, etc will remain closed until restrictions permit us to reopen them safely.
The holiday park will reopen based on government guidelines and will adhere to the social distancing measures at all times. Camping is a fantastic activity for the whole family, and it’s naturally easy to social distance while camping. All guests will be required to follow the measures set out by the government while visiting our holiday park, and children will need to stay with their guardians at all times.
We look forward to seeing all our guests soon!
