Arrival: Gates open 45 minutes before the screening start time. Please do not arrive any earlier as the car park will not be open.

Departure: Our team will have all vehicles safely on the road within 10 minutes of the movie ending. Please be patient and listen to our team to ensure a smooth departure.

• This is a family event. Children must be supervised at all times and children cannot be left unattended in vehicles at any time whatsoever.
• Entry to all movie screening events is at the sole discretion of Hidden Valley Resort management.
• Horn honking, loud music, offensive language, abusive behaviour is not permitted at any time.
• Tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on your ticket.
• All sales are final. Tickets cannot be transferred for vouchers or alternatives.
• Your vehicle must have a working/functioning FM stereo in your vehicle. Handheld FM tuners are also suitable.
• Adverse weather will not affect the screening. Dress appropriately in case you need to get out of your car. Bring warm blankets when cold outside.
• Late comers may be refused entry.
• Spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Caravans, Motorhomes, VW, campers, buses, mini buses, coaches, commerical vehicles are NOT permitted. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
• Engine and lights must be turned off through movie screenings.
• No alcohol is permitted in the screening area. Customers consuming alcohol at the screening area will be asked to leave the premises.
• Toilets/disabled toilets are available on site. Please use the toilets before the movie begins to ensure the least amount of disruption to all guests.
• Bins are available on site. Please do not litter.
• The Lakehouse restaurant is located on site and available for extra food/drinks for purchase.
• Tickets DO NOT need to be printed.
• Most of our screenings are PG or Universal, however it’s up to the customer to ensure the screening they book is appropriate for the passengers attending the screening with them.
• The screenings are not subtitled. Special screenings are available using subtitles, which will be clearly defined and advertised prior to the event.
• First aid assistance is available on site. Please contact a member of our team should you need assistance while attending a screening.
• Pets are not permitted, however assistance/guide dogs are welcome with their certifications.
• Should you need to leave the screening early, please notify an event controller and they will help you exit safely.
• The screening takes place on a car park flat surface.
• Entrance/exits are clearly defined and our team will be directing all vehicles. Please be patient and listen to our team. We will typically have all vehicles safely on the road within 10 minutes of the movie ending.
• Drivers must have a valid drivers licence and valid motor insurance for the vehicle they are driving.
• Vehicles are parked at the sole discretion and risk of the individual vehicle owners. All vehicles attending must have valid and relevant insurance, road tax and roadworthiness certificate. Hidden Valley Holidays Ltd. will accept no responsibility whatsoever in loss or damage to your property while attending the Drive-In Movie at Hidden Valley Resort or roadways within the resort. Hidden Valley Holidays Ltd. is not liable for any injury or damage caused whilst attending a movie screening.
