(Please note: only lodging is available for hire during the event. Camping is closed. The Boutique Lodge XL is used for the event and so is also not available to book. The lodging for Christmas Island is booked through the Christmas Island website.)

Customers arriving/leaving outside opening hours must contact reception prior to arrival/departure.

Boutique Lodge XL Details

This lodge can accommodate up to 2 adults and 6 children (maximum 2 adults). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside or under the overhang outside. This lodge is for a single family use only (two families not permitted).

Parking for 1 car. Extra cars are €5 per night and are parked in main car park.
The lodge and its surrounding area is strictly private for the occupants who have hired the accommodation

Sleeping Equipment – pillows, sleeping bags/duvets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases – whatever you use!
Towels, tea towels, toiletries, washing up liquid, etc.

Booking procedure

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
The Boutique Lodges

Bookings are made online
Advance booking is essential for weekends, high season and bank holidays
Full contact details are required at time of booking with a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due on arrival
Check-in is available from 4PM and checkout is by 11AM on day of departure
Guests must supply their own sleeping equipment – duvets/sleeping bags, pillows, linens, towels, tea towels, etc. There is one queen bed and three double beds
Minimum two night stay at weekends in June (Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun, Sat-Mon), three night stay bank holiday weekends

Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times while on site
A credit card is required upon arrival for a €100 security deposit (pre-authorisation). Please note a debit card can be used, however some banks take up to 4 weeks to release this pre-authorisation and we have no control over this

PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Valley is a quiet, respectable, family-run park. We cater for couples and families with children. We DO NOT cater for adult/teen groups, hens/stags or those who are looking to stay up at night past our strict family curfew. We have a strict noise curfew from 10 p.m. and we DO NOT tolerate any behaviour at any time that disturbs neighbouring families (including, but not limited to, foul language, rowdy behaviour etc.). If you book and you cannot follow the Park’s Rules, then you will be asked to leave with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
